Raptors
  • Raptor spawn time updated from 10 minutes to 8 minutes

General

  • Added missing announcer voice for taking the Prime Helix.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing some abilities to not hit enemies under their tower.
  • Fixed an issue that was causing instant death due to selling health items.

Eldritch Flame
  • Passive now works correctly.


Goblin Glue
  • VFX now display correctly.


Mana Muzzle
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Mana Muzzle to not break the spell shield from Warlock’s Aegis.


Matter Limiter
  • Passive now works correctly.


Plasma Blade
  • Passive now works correctly.
  • Now applies Physical Damage correctly.


Substitution
  • Fixed an issue that was allowing you to target yourself.


Voracious Steel
  • Passive shield and active now work correctly.

  • Fixed Lumberjack skin causing enemy client crashes.

Torn Space (E)
  • Fixed an issue that was causing Gideon to not re-enter his portal.

  • Fixed missing textures on Greystone’s White Tiger skin.

Long Arm of the Law (R)
  • Fixed an issue that was allowing Murdocks ultimate to be casted mid-air.

Sparrow
Piercing Shot (RMB)
  • Fixed an issue where Piercing Shot (RMB) was not breaking Warlock’s Aegis’ spell shield.


Balance


Items

Legendary tank items are currently too effective at giving both offensive and defensive stats. Lowering the overall defensive stats and adjusting the efficiency of legendary defensive items should reduce the high amounts of effective health these items provide while helping to differentiate between more tank focused items and hybrid damage/tank items. Fixed overall mana and health regeneration amounts on items as they were not the intended amounts. Rebalanced the more aggressive energy power items to be more enticing to buy over the current defensive Energy Power options will provide more legitimate build options.

Boots of the Hunt
Boots of the Hunt are currently less valuable when compared to the other boot options, so increasing Attack Speed on the item will bring it more in-line.
  • Attack Speed increased from 15 % to 25%.


Voracious Steel
Voracious Steel was intended as a key sustain option for ADC’s and is currently not fitting its role adequately. Adjusting the passive to work in our 18 level system and increasing lifesteal should hopefully bring this item back into play.
  • Lifesteal increased from 10% to 15%.
  • Passive - Overheal: Shield reduced from 20 x Level to 16 x Level.


King’s Castle
  • Dash range increased from 600 units to 1200 units.
  • Heal radius per hero increased from 600 units to 800 units.


AI Ammunition
  • Cost increased from 3200 to 3400.
  • Physical Power increased from 60 to 65.



Adrenaline Boost
We are trying an experimental change on BA carry attack speed items to help them position better and be more elusive in mid and late game skirmishes. Expect more changes to come in the future.
  • New: 30 Movement Speed.


Inertia Wraps
  • Physical Armour reduced from 17 to 8.
  • New: 8 Energy Armour.


Titan’s Maul
  • Energy Power increased from 18 to 20.
  • Health reduced from 380 to 375.
  • Removed: Health Regen.


Fist of the Titan
  • Cost increased from 3200 to 3400.
  • Physical Power increased from 35 to 40.

Heroes

Currently a handful of Heroes are able to build like a Basic Attack Carry even if it does not fit their specific role. Adjusting some Basic Attack timers and Attack Speed scaling should make Attack Speed oriented builds less efficient on these heroes.

Void Blast (LMB)
  • Basic Attack Time increased from 1.2s to 1.3s.
  • Physical Damage increased from 55.5 to 60.

Lt. Belica
Burst Assault (LMB)
  • Basic Attack Timer increased from 1.2s to 1.3s.
  • Physical Damage increased from 48 to 52.
Seismic Assault (Q)
  • Height increased from 200 units to 260 units.

Muriel
  • Attack Speed Per Level reduced from 2.5 to 2.
Energy Blast (LMB)
  • Basic Attack Timer increased from 1.2s to 1.3s.
  • Physical Damage increased from 50 to 55.

Sevarog
As a scaling offensive Tank, Sevarog should have a harder time surviving through the early game and should be at his strongest point later in the game. Currently we are seeing him not only survive early game trades but out-duel other Offlaners. Reducing his base defenses and increasing his Siphon (Q) Cooldown early should hopefully reduce his early game power without affecting his scaling potential in the late game.

Reapers Gain (Passive)
  • Stacks Per Tier increased from 40/100/200/350 stacks to 50/100/200/350 stacks.
Siphon (Q)
  • Cooldown increased from 5s at all ranks to 9/8/7/6s.
Subjugate (E)
  • Range reduced from 1800 units to 1650 units.
