NEW: Stimulant Gauntlet

  • 35 Physical Power
  • 300 Health
  • 250 Mana
  • 10 Cooldown Reduction
  • Unique passive - After casting an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds deals (6%/10% Ranged/Melee) of the target’s Maximum Health as bonus Physical Damage. Can only occur once every 1.5 seconds. Damage is capped at 300 against all Jungle monsters.
  • 3000g
  • Builds from an Enhanced Cognition and Titan’s Maul.

BUG FIXES

Items

Biological Infuser

  • Fixed an issue causing the item to be able to crit.

Magnus Bolt

  • Fixed an issue causing the item to not aggro minions when hitting a hero

Ring of Rejuvenations

  • Fixed an issue causing some soft CC to activate the item's passive

SFX

  • Changed Grim.exe' MODE.EXE to no longer play the SFX to other players

  • Basic attack damage reduced to 56 from 58.
  • Basic attack damage per hero level increased to 3.0 from 2.8.
  • Health per level reduced to 87 from 89.
  • Health regen reduced to 0.8 from 1.0.
  • Health regen per level reduced to 0.11 from 0.12.
SURGE.exe (P)
  • On-hit damage reduced to 3-30 (based on hero level) energy damage from 4-40 (based on hero level).
BLAST.exe (Q)
  • Acceleron Blast Slow reduced to 20/25/30/35/40% from 28/32/36/40/44%.
DEFLECT.exe (RMB)
  • Cooldown increased to 24/21/18/15/12 from 20/18/16/14/12 seconds.
  • Shield duration reduced to 1.0 from 1.5 seconds.

  • Slow reduced to 25/30/35/40/45% from 30/34/38/42/46%.
Consecrated Ground (E)
  • Shield explosion delay increased to 2.25 seconds from 1.5 seconds.
  • Shield amount reduced to 65/80/95/110/125 from 70/90/110/130/150.
  • Shield energy power scaling increased to 37.5% from 30%.
  • Cooldown increased to 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds from 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.
  • Shield duration reduced to 2.5 seconds from 3.0 seconds.
Reversal of Fortune (R)
  • Knock-up duration reduced to 0.75 seconds from 1.2 seconds.

Narbash

  • Base health reduced to 550 from 560.
  • Health per level reduced to 85 from 90.
  • Health regen reduced to 1.2 from 1.4.
  • Health regen per level reduced to 0.10 to 0.12.
  • Base mana reduced to 325 from 340.
  • Mana per level reduced to 40 from 50.
  • Movement speed increased from 550 to 560.

  • Cooldown increased to 12 seconds at all levels from 12/11/10/9/8 seconds.
